Wedding Package

We offer a complete base wedding package designed to make your special day unforgettable. Extend your celebration with optional upgrades for additional time, specialty decor & more!

  • Our wedding packages in Virginia include access to your choice of ceremony site: the Chapel in the Woods, the Garden Pergola, or the covered Magnolia Event Terrace (a perfect rain plan). The sites can be customized with drapery, flowers, and more to fit your style and vision. All sites include white resin chairs (and set-up) with the exception of the Chapel, which includes wooden benches.

  • Dance the night away under our permanent marquee tent! The 40’ x 60’ tent features a crystal chandelier, beautiful lighting and drapery, and brick flooring. The tent connects to our illuminated 24’ x 40’ pavilion and our covered bar house. Packages also include white resin chairs and tables, as well as set-up and breakdown according to your reception layout. Smaller events can be held in our indoor Magnolia Event Room and/or outdoor covered terrace.

  • All packages include access to the 40-acre grounds, featuring fountains, night illumination, gazebos, and more! Packages also include access to our beautiful bridal suite, groom’s changing suites, and the first floor of our 1750s Manor House. Seven guest suites with private bathrooms are available for overnight stays to extend your celebration.

FAQs

  • You have the flexibility to choose your own vendors for your perfect day! As an added benefit we offer our contracted clients an extended vendor list that has been carefully curated based on feedback from previous couples to help with your planning.

  • We offer a variety of packages ranging from a 1 day package to a weekend destination package for up to 3 days. The Weekend Package offers the ability to add overnight stays which is a great way to extend the celebration with family and friends!

  • We can accommodate up to 200 guests.

  • Yes, we have an on-site parking area that can accommodate vehicles for up to a 250-person event.

  • Includes the use of all seven (7) suites with private baths. Bed and bath linens and assorted soaps are provided. The overnight accommodations is a convenient way to add additional time for event setup/breakdown and a great way to transform your one-day event into a destination experience to enjoy with family and friends.

  • Rehearsal time is included with all packages, but the timing is dependent on your wedding date.

  • Yes. We require an initial deposit with your contract to secure your date and the remaining balance is divided into various payments.

  • Pets are permitted on property under certain circumstances, but they require pre-approval.
